We are committed to integrity, transparency, compliance, and delivering superior outcomes for our customers and the built environment. These Terms & Conditions are written to provide clarity and simplicity and apply to all quotations, invoices, contracts, products and services supplied by SnapBuild.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
Unless stated otherwise, all amounts are in AUD and include GST.
We may change, modify, add to or remove part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. By making payment, signing, or otherwise accepting a Quote/Invoice/Contract, You agree these Terms govern the rights and obligations between the parties.
Our Products and Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for major failures, and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, as provided under the ACL.Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any non-excludable rights under the ACL.
1. SnapBuild Expandable Structures IS NOT Class 1a dwellings.
2. By purchasing any SnapBuild products, the customer acknowledges that such products do not meet Class 1a dwelling certification requirements and may not be approved by council as permanent residential structures. Snapbuild Granny flats Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any attempt to certify or modify Snapbuild products for use as Class 1a dwellings.
Any attempt to modify the Building or documentation without our written approval may affect compliance, approvals and warranty. SnapBuild accepts no responsibility for certification outcomes where changes are made by You or third parties.
The warranty period will commence on the date of delivery of the Product to the Purchaser or collection from a SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd warehouse, whichever occurs first. SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace any faulty components. Where replacement components are required, SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd reserves the right to supply replacement components of a similar quality or grade, which may be aesthetically different from the original components.
Where a product fault relates to a part, fitting, or fixture, any attempt to repair, modify, or replace the part, fitting, or fixture whether carried out by a licensed or unlicensed tradesperson without the prior written consent of SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd may result in the denial of a warranty claim.
If SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd engages a qualified tradesperson to attend site to inspect or rectify a reported warranty issue and it is determined that the issue is not a warrantable defect, SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd reserves the right to invoice the Purchaser for all associated inspection, call-out, and repair costs.
1. Any party, other than SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd, and without the prior approval of SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd, has undertaken substantial and/or structural alterations or modifications to the Product.
SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd recognises that Products may exhibit minor aesthetic imperfections, including but not limited to small dents, scratches, and colour variations. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Purchaser acknowledges and accepts that such minor aesthetic imperfections are acceptable and do not constitute a major failure.
2. A fault has arisen due to a failure to carry out maintenance in accordance with the Maintenance Manual provided by SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd.
10. The Product has been used for commercial, industrial, or rental purposes. The warranty applies solely to personal, non-commercial use under normal operating conditions.
3. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that they receive, read, and understand the Maintenance Manual.
9. The warranty was not registered by the Purchaser within the specified time period.
4. A fault has arisen due to a failure to install the Product in accordance with the installation instructions or Installation Manual provided by SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd.
8. The Product has been installed within ten (10) kilometres of industrial pollutants.
5. A fault has arisen due to damage caused during the installation process.
7. The Product has been installed within ten (10) kilometres of salt water, or within one hundred (100) metres of any river or body of water (including swimming pools).
6. The Product has been subjected to abnormal conditions, including but not limited to extreme environmental conditions, flooding, fire, misuse, accidental damage, hail, and/or storms.
SnapBuild Expandable Structures are not Class 1a dwellings. They are sold as fixed or expandable transportable caravan-style structures, designed and supplied by SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd.
All SnapBuild Expandable Structures carry a one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty, with a two (2) year warranty applying to the steel structure of the Product. If a Product is deemed to be faulty within the applicable warranty period, SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace the defective components.
This warranty applies solely to the Product itself and excludes any consequential or indirect expenses, including (without limitation) costs associated with removal, transport, cranage, re-installation, or replacement of components.
Appliances, fixtures and components supplied by third parties are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. SnapBuild may assist with claims, but is not liable beyond the third-party warranty.
1. SnapBuild offers free standard delivery for SnapBuild Expandable Structures within an approximate one (1) hour driving radius from SnapBuild’s nominated warehouse or dispatch location, as determined by SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd.
2. Delivery is carried out using a tow truck and is provided strictly on a drop-off only basis.
3. The Free Delivery Offer does not include unloading, lifting, cranage, forklift services, or any mechanical assistance beyond drop-off.
4. If unloading or repositioning of the Product requires the use of a crane, forklift, telehandler, or any other mechanical lifting equipment, such equipment must be supplied, operated, and paid for by the Purchaser.
5. All other terms contained in this Section (Delivery, Product Placement, and Storage) apply in full to the Free Delivery Offer.
1. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd provides delivery by tow truck on a drop-off only basis.
2. The Purchaser is solely responsible for:
3. arranging and providing any crane, forklift, telehandler, or other lifting equipment required to unload, move, or position the Product;
4. ensuring all lifting operations are carried out safely and in compliance with applicable laws and site requirements; and
5. bearing all costs and risks associated with unloading and positioning the Product.
6. SnapBuild personnel and transport partners do not operate, supervise, or assist with any lifting equipment provided by the Purchaser.
7. If delivery cannot be completed as a drop-off due to site conditions, access restrictions, or the absence of required lifting equipment, additional charges may apply, including waiting time, re-delivery, or return-to-yard costs.
8. Delivery is to the front boundary of the Purchaser’s property only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Final placement, positioning, and levelling of the Product is the Purchaser’s responsibility.
10. Unless agreed in writing prior to dispatch, delivery does not include:
11. lifting over, under, into, or onto any structures; or
12. placement onto foundations, footings, slabs, piers, or other fixed locations.
13. SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by transport partners or delays resulting from unloading arrangements made by the Purchaser.
14. Any transport-related damage must be reported in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
15. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd is not legally or financially liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from unloading, lifting, or positioning of the Product.
16. The Purchaser agrees to indemnify SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd against any loss, damage, liability, or claim arising from or in connection with unloading, lifting, or positioning operations arranged by the Purchaser.
The Purchaser may arrange collection of Products from a SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd nominated warehouse. A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice is required, after which a collection timeslot will be allocated. Any missed collection timeslot will be rescheduled to the next available period.
All collections must comply with SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd’s current Work Health and Safety requirements and Chain of Responsibility obligations.
SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse collection where a breach or suspected breach of Work Health and Safety or Chain of Responsibility requirements occurs.
Additional charges may apply if collection cannot be completed for any reason.
SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage that occurs once Products are loaded onto the Purchaser’s nominated transport.
Free Storage Period (Seven (7) Days)
SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd will provide free storage of the Product for up to seven (7) calendar days from the date the Product is ready for dispatch, delivery, or collection (as notified by SnapBuild).
Cost
If the Purchaser does not take delivery or arrange collection within this seven (7) day period for any reason, storage fees will apply from the eighth (8) day onwards at the rates set out below. Storage fees will be invoiced weekly (in arrears) and must be paid within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.

Unless otherwise expressly specified in a written agreement issued by SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd confirming that an installation service package has been purchased, the Purchaser is responsible for organising the installation of all Products purchased from SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd. The Purchaser is solely responsible for bearing all costs relating to the installation and is solely responsible for ensuring that the installation is carried out safely and in accordance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
1. Licensed tradespeople must be engaged in accordance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
2. The Purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that the Product, and the Product as installed, complies with all relevant local laws, regulations, planning requirements, and council conditions.
3. Any installation instructions or Installation Guide provided by SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd (which may be updated or amended from time to time) may contain minor inaccuracies. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for ensuring that installation is carried out safely and in compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations, and for bearing all costs associated with installation.
4. Installation instructions or Installation Guides provided by SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd are intended as a guide only. Such instructions must be read and applied in conjunction with established safe working procedures. All installation work must be carried out by appropriately qualified and licensed tradespeople, strictly in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. The Purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that all required council approvals, permits, and consents are obtained and that all associated costs are paid in full.
6. SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the actions or omissions of the Purchaser or any third-party tradespeople during installation, setup, relocation, or use of the Product, and the Purchaser indemnifies SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd against any related claims, losses, or liabilities to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd is not liable for any additional costs relating to Products installed by the Purchaser or their agents. The Purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance of the Product with all applicable laws and regulations, and indemnifies SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and resellers against any claims or losses arising from or in connection with such compliance.
A full or partial payment made to SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd in relation to an invoice issued by us is deemed to constitute the Purchaser’s full confirmation that they have read, understood, and agree to all details stated on the invoice, including (without limitation) the Products purchased, item prices, delivery notes, and payment terms, and that they have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
SnapBuild Expandable or Fixed Buildings (including, where applicable, amenities such as toilets or bathrooms) are not Class 1a Buildings.
Such structures are suitable for use the same as, or similar to, a caravan, site office, recreational structure, or ancillary building and are subject to local council planning and regulatory requirements.
SnapBuild Products are not certified as a dwelling or house and do not carry the same approvals, certifications, or warranties applicable to Class 1a Buildings under Australian building regulations.
In summary:
1. A SnapBuild transportable expandable or fixed structure is not a Class 1a Building and cannot be approved by council as a dwelling unless expressly permitted by applicable local council laws. Customers must always refer to their local council for guidance and confirmation.
2. SnapBuild Products cannot be approved for permanent residential occupation under Australian building regulations.
For clarity:
1. All SnapBuild-branded Expandable or Fixed Buildings are non-Class 1a structures.
2. SnapBuild does not design, supply, or represent any Products as Class 1a Buildings.
SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd clearly identifies within all quotations, contracts, and specifications whether a Product is offered as a transportable or expandable non-Class 1a structure.
Purchasers are solely responsible for ensuring that the Product purchased aligns with their intended use and complies with all applicable local council requirements, planning controls, and regulatory obligations.
In relation to all Products sold by SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd, full payment of the total price listed on the applicable invoice must be received in full before SnapBuild will release, dispatch, or otherwise make the order available for delivery or collection.
While SnapBuild endeavours to provide accurate information regarding product availability and estimated delivery timelines, SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify product availability and delivery timelines where payment is delayed. SnapBuild shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, cost, or inconvenience incurred by the Purchaser as a result of delayed payment.
SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend or modify the payment terms set out on any invoice issued. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Purchaser agrees that the payment terms stated on the relevant invoice prevail over and supersede any payment terms contained in these Terms and Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.
All quotations and invoices issued by SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd are valid only for the period stated on the quotation or invoice and are subject to change from time to time.
Where a quotation or invoice issued by SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd expressly includes both supply and installation services (“Supply and Installation”), the following payment terms apply:
Supply Component:
The supply portion of the contract price is subject to the same payment terms as set out above for Supply Only Products. Full payment of the supply component must be received in full prior to the release, dispatch, or delivery of the Product.
Installation Component:
1. A fifty per cent (50%) deposit of the total installation fee is required to be paid prior to commencement or scheduling of any installation works.
2. The remaining fifty per cent (50%) of the installation fee shall be invoiced progressively in accordance with the project progress and is payable within seven (7) days of the date of each invoice.
3. SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend, delay, or cease installation works where any installation invoice remains unpaid beyond the due date.
General:
SnapBuild shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or inconvenience incurred by the Purchaser as a result of delayed or non-payment of either the supply or installation components. Payment terms stated on the relevant invoice prevail over these Terms and Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.
Payments not received within the due period may incur interest at a rate of four per cent (4%) per month, calculated daily from the due date until paid in full. SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend, delay, or withhold delivery, installation works, or release of Products where any payment obligations remain outstanding.
Payments may be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT), bank cheque, or any other payment method expressly approved by SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd and specified on the invoice. Cash payments are not accepted.
Ownership (title) of the Product shall not transfer to the Purchaser until full payment of all amounts owed to SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd has been received and cleared.
Risk in the Product passes to the Purchaser upon delivery to the nominated site or, where applicable, upon loading of the Product onto the Purchaser’s nominated transport provider.
Any approved variation or additional works (including optional extras, upgraded finishes, or unforeseen site conditions) shall be invoiced separately and are payable within seven (7) days of invoice
For Products supplied by SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd that are not made-to-order (including in-stock or standard Expandable Structures and associated components), full payment is required before SnapBuild will allocate any stock to the Purchaser. This requirement applies to both in-stock and out-of-stock Products.
Failure to make full payment entitles SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd to allocate the relevant Product(s) to another purchaser at its sole discretion. Upon receipt of full payment, the Purchaser will be allocated the next available Product.
SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or inconvenience incurred by the Purchaser as a result of delayed or non-payment.
SnapBuild Expandable Structures are in high demand. Estimated delivery timeframes are approximately fourteen (14) to eighteen (18) weeks, depending on the selected model, specifications, level of customisation, production capacity, and logistics arrangements.
Any delivery timeframes provided by SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd are indicative only and are not binding.
While SnapBuild endeavours to provide accurate information regarding estimated lead times, product availability and delivery schedules may change due to factors including (without limitation) demand fluctuations, material shortages, manufacturing capacity constraints, production scheduling, customs clearance, port congestion, transport availability, and delays caused by third-party suppliers or carriers.
SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd does not guarantee exact delivery dates and shall not be held liable for any loss, cost, or inconvenience arising from delays caused by third-party suppliers, transport providers, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond SnapBuild’s reasonable control.
SnapBuild will use reasonable efforts to provide updates throughout the production and delivery process and will notify the Purchaser of any material changes to the order or estimated timeline.
If the Purchaser is unable to accommodate a potential wait time of fourteen (14) to eighteen (18) weeks, the Purchaser should not proceed with placing an order.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, a customer may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a Product or service supplied by SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd fails to meet one or more applicable consumer guarantees.
Major Problems with Goods or Services
A major problem means the Product:
1. is unsafe;
2. is significantly different from the description, sample, or demonstration model;
3. has one serious defect or a combination of defects that would have prevented a reasonable consumer from purchasing the Product had they known about the issue beforehand; or
4. cannot be used for its normal purpose (or for a purpose made known to SnapBuild prior to purchase) and cannot be remedied within a reasonable time.
If a major problem occurs, the customer is entitled to choose between a refund or replacement. Where a replacement is not reasonably available, or where the customer agrees, SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd may provide a full refund.
Minor Problems
If a Product has a minor fault, SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd will repair the issue free of charge within a reasonable time after being notified.
If the issue cannot be repaired within a reasonable timeframe, or if repair is not possible, the customer is entitled to choose either a replacement or a refund, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Consumers are not entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the consumer guarantees where:
1. the customer received what they ordered but simply changed their mind, found the Product cheaper elsewhere, decided they no longer liked the Product, or no longer had a use for it;
2. the issue was caused by misuse, neglect, incorrect installation, relocation, modification, or improper handling by the customer or a third party;
3. the customer was aware, or reasonably should have been aware, of the issue prior to purchase (noting that the customer may still be entitled to a remedy for a separate issue that was not disclosed);
4. the customer requested a service to be performed in a manner contrary to the advice of SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd;
5. the issue with a service was caused by the actions or omissions of a party other than SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd;
6. the Product is not suitable for the customer’s intended use due to local council, planning, zoning, or regulatory requirements, where SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd has advised that such approvals are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence regarding council approvals, permits, and site compliance prior to purchasing or installing any Product.
Approved Refunds Prior to Delivery
Where SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd agrees to a refund relating to the cancellation of an order prior to delivery:
1. any approved refund will be processed less ten per cent (10%);
2. the refund will only be processed after the Products allocated to the cancelled order have been resold to another purchaser, or otherwise at the sole discretion of SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd; and
3. refund processing may take up to sixty (60) business days from the date of approval.
Should a customer experience financial hardship and be unable to meet their contractual obligations, the customer is encouraged to contact SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd as soon as possible to discuss possible alternative payment arrangements. SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd is committed to engaging with customers in good faith and may, at its sole discretion, agree to re-negotiate or vary payment terms to support the customer’s circumstances.
Please note:
1. In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, where goods or services have been supplied as agreed and are not faulty or misrepresented, there is no automatic right to cancel an agreement or receive a refund due to a change in personal circumstances or financial hardship.
2. Any monies paid prior to any re-negotiation or variation of payment terms may be retained by SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd in accordance with the original contractual agreement.
3. Any variation to payment terms does not affect the customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any applicable consumer guarantees.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any required planning approvals, zoning permissions, or council consents are obtained before purchasing and placing a SnapBuild transportable or expandable structure on their land. SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd has no obligation to offer a refund where:
1. the customer fails to obtain the necessary council approval;
2. the local authority prohibits the placement or use of the transportable expandable structure on the intended property; or
3. the customer did not undertake adequate due diligence in relation to planning, zoning, or development restrictions prior to purchase.
Should a customer request a refund for a Product after delivery, SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd retains the right, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to approve or deny the return for refund.
Where SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd approves a return for refund following delivery, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that:
1. the Purchaser is responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the return of the Product, including transport, cranage, handling, and insurance;
2. all returns are conditionally accepted until the Product is physically returned to SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd and inspected;
3. Products that are not returned in the same condition as when originally delivered may be rejected and returned to the Purchaser; and
4. by accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Purchaser agrees to bear all costs associated with inspection, handling, and return of Products that are not returned in the same condition as delivered.
The Purchaser agrees to provide SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remedy any concerns, issues, or alleged failures relating to Products or services supplied before making, publishing, or distributing any complaint, review, statement, or communication regarding such concerns.
The Purchaser must notify SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd in writing of the issue and provide sufficient detail, together with any relevant supporting documentation (including warranty registration and maintenance records where applicable), to enable proper assessment and rectification.
SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd shall be afforded a reasonable period of time to investigate the matter and, where appropriate, offer a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the warranties set out in these Terms and Conditions.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Purchaser acknowledges that making public allegations or negative communications before allowing SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd a fair and reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the matter may constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes the Purchaser’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Purchaser agrees that:
1. The Purchaser is solely responsible for checking and complying with all relevant laws, local council requirements, planning controls, zoning rules, and State legislation to ensure lawful use, placement, and occupancy of the Product on the Purchaser’s property or any other location where the Product may be placed.
2. SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd shall not be held responsible or liable for any penalties, fines, enforcement actions, or notices imposed on the Purchaser by any council, government authority, or regulatory body.
3. Any costs, delays, or expenses incurred by SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd as a result of incorrect, incomplete, or inadequate information provided by the Purchaser may result in additional charges for which the Purchaser will be liable.
4. From time to time, SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd may provide links, references, advertisements, or information relating to third-party businesses for the Purchaser’s convenience only. Such references do not constitute sponsorship, endorsement, approval, or any form of agreement, and SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for the actions, advice, or services of any third-party suppliers.
5. The Purchaser acknowledges and accepts that Products may require assembly, deployment, or setup to achieve the condition shown in any marketing materials, showroom displays, or demonstration models.
6. Where applicable, it is the Purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they are aware of, and comply with, the Product’s weight, towing capacity, braking requirements, and all applicable road and transport laws when towing or relocating the Product using any vehicle.
7. Any variation, amendment, or departure from these Terms and Conditions applicable to a Purchaser’s order must be mutually agreed in writing between SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd and the Purchaser.
8. In the event that circumstances beyond the reasonable control of SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd (“Force Majeure Events”) obstruct, delay, or prevent the manufacture, supply, or delivery of Products, SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd shall be relieved of its obligations to the extent and for the duration that such circumstances persist.
9. While a Force Majeure Event continues, SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd may, at its sole discretion, suspend performance of the order or terminate the order without liability until the Force Majeure Event has ceased.
10. 11. If the Purchaser is in breach of these Terms and Conditions (including, without limitation, non-payment), SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd reserves the right to:
o retain all monies paid in respect of Products ordered but not yet supplied; and
o refuse to supply, release, or deliver the Products ordered.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. In the event of any dispute arising between the Purchaser and SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd, the Purchaser submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, void, or unenforceable in any State or Territory, that provision shall be deemed severed only to the extent required. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect in that and all other States and Territories
Risk in the Products passes to the Purchaser upon delivery to the Purchaser’s nominated address or upon loading of the Products onto the Purchaser’s nominated transport provider, whichever occurs first. Ownership (title) to the Products does not pass to the Purchaser until all amounts owed to SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd have been paid in full and cleared.
Any failure or delay by SnapBuild Granny Flats Pty Ltd to exercise any right, power, or remedy under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right, power, or remedy, nor does it prevent any future exercise of that or any other right, power, or remedy.
